    Veteran-run multispecies farm, featuring miniature goats, rabbits, chickens, donkeys, llamas, and livestock guardian dogs. Workshop will include a hands-on milking demonstration.

    Family farm with species-diverse forage system, chickens for meat and eggs, on-site processing, sheep, and a straw bale home. Workshop will focus on grazing best practices, use of portable chicken housing, and mobile fencing.

    Organic grain and vegetables, eggs, culinary and medicinal herbs. Workshop will focus on grain processing, cover cropping, and experiences with various mulching materials within this organic production system.
